I checked out 5 or 6 videos by them and I really can't see how they are a great band, Nothing more than pop music that will be forgotten as quick as David Gray was. I would rather the RFL had picked a proper band like Church of the Cosmic Skull

They are current and a band that does the festival rota. Young & Northern, I have absolutely no problem with this type being booked for GF entertainment. How many people actually pay attention to the band on a GF night anyway? Moan moan moan.

These young 'uns who all think "our new music is the best". You will soon grow out of it. I liked/like Northern Soul [ia la[/i Wigan Casino. But I wouldn't impose my tastes on an audience of the general public.

My old dad was born down Miry lane in 1923. He said they used to blare out music by Enrico Caruso in his day, down there in Miry Lane. Now that music is real class.
