A player at the peak of his game as against a player in the twilight of his career? I reckon you'd have to say 'yes'. Over the course of his career, definitely not. However this is the current listings and not a retrospective. otherwise Wally Lewis would still be top. Having said that, it's all opinion anyway and yours (or mine) is no more valid, and probably less so, than whoever has complied these standings.

You can never really compare players in different positions though? Rankings only ever work for individual sports like Tennis/Golf.
