I saw his twitter last night saying how he'd just woke up to the news that Wigan had beat Saints and it had made his day. He also posted 'Wigantillidie' which is a nice touch.
Hope everything's well for him there and if he changes his mind about retiring anytime soon and he fancies another dig over here he's more then welcome.

Hooker Mark Riddell, a member of Wigan's Super League Grand Final winning team in October, has announced his retirement with immediate effect at the age of 30.
The former St George Illawarra and Parramatta player, who made 56 appearances for Wigan in 2009 and 2010 before returning to Australia for personal reasons, announced his decision to hang up his boots on Twitter.

We've really missed Piggy this year, and I bet the dressing room is missing a big character too!

Former Wigan hooker Mark Riddell has announced his retirement from the NRL via his Twitter account.
Riddell, 30, played 189 NRL games for St George Illawarra, Parramatta and lastly Sydney Roosters. He also played 56 games for Wigan Warriors in the Engage Super League.
Riddell said: "Hey , just letting ya all know I've officially retired from the NRL ! Effective immediately ! Thanks for the good times people!!!"
