IL will not sack Noble. He doesn't have the balls. I can see far more disappointment coming before the end of the season. We won't get to Wembley under Noble unless we catch Wire on an off day. 5 drives and a kick doesn't work in SL. We had enough opportunities to win the game today but tried to barge over rather than play rugby.

its nothing to do with the players they are good enough they just need coaching correctly, noble is a one plan man and most other coaches have found him out.

I think IL is doing a good job.
I do have some concerns though about the way the club is going.
IL said some time ago that we were very short of coaching resorces at the club but other than Kris R cannot think of many other additions since.
I cannot understand why Steve Hampson is not sorting out our fitness.
Also under the salary cap we must gain competitive advantage by having the best management, coaching and fitness conditioning in SL (and NRL). In this respect we are woeful and one change would make a big difference. ILs job is simple, find the best coach who commands the respect of the players (short and long term) and get him.
