I heard not long ago that IL has bought a very large area of land don't know how true it is but thats what i've heard

i dont know much about IL - very little in fact - but i didn't think he had that sort of money (to build on that land).
Nor does the club?
and i dont see the council giving us much

from what i know which isn't much IL is richer than alot of people know plus don't forget he has just sold his remaining stake in Quins.

I have no idea how much cash he has, I simply do not think he will have got much of a cash boost if any from selling his shares in Quins, if he got a fee at all it would be nominal and probably at a significant loss to what he paid for them.

Im fairly certain IL doesnt have the money to build a stadium, does he have the money to buy the DW from Whelan is a different question, but why would DW sell, unless he just sold 50% to us?

It's not about having the cash to buy, or build a stadium the banks will have that as long as the business model is sound. Do we need to build our own stadium, for me no. Would it be nice to buy the DW or take some of sort of ownership in it to benefit from the income it clearly is able to generate.

Whelan is worth much more than that.

Heard a rumour months back that the club had made enquiries about land/planning permission, but that was as far as they got - enquiries. Probably BS but ya never know.

Whelan is worth around 300m i believe.
