Of course it does. You don't understand how averages work, do you? We need those 20k+ crowds to compensate for the likes of Salford & Quins, when we "only" get 13k+.

Don't know the lowest but the highest is over 16,000. IL has spoken publicly of his aim to get average attendances towards 20,000 so I think you are yet again barking up the wrong tree HY.

By Yed's logic, Wolfs should have a stadium of about 11,000, and yet i'm sure he will applaud the fact that they are expanding it.

This is also my opinion 18k ground for a team who only manage to go higher than that for 1/4 of their home games is plenty big enough, in the same way i think that about my own team in that i think currently it is plenty big enough.

Yes and yes, i'm happy because the sound will be enclosed but to expand when we only fill it twice seems odd, i can only conclude they are looking at other ventures beyond SL as to the reason for expansion otherwise it just seems to be a waste of money.
