People might not like the drums, but they do try to get the atmosphere going.

They don't though. They ruin it. You can't hear any voices over the tinny BANG BANG BANG.
Many football clubs have drums banned from their stadiums. We didn't have a drum at Old Trafford either, and we didn't do too bad for atmosphere.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

Most of the drummers are only just out of nappies no rhythm at all just a pain in the we dont need a drum all we need is a full stadium singing and shouting for our boys which is what we have
