Not a huge amount to fear in the Wigan team. Of course anything can happen in a derby, it could be a punch up or one team sailing away with a 20 point lead.
But if it plays out without any random factors. I reckon we will not be far off that score.
Wigan have not been blowing teams away by any stretch and with Wane pointing out the Wigan backs that they are a lesser bunch of players than both Leeds and Saints, he's not brimming with his usual confidence either.
Maybe he was just stressing that to get his excuses in early too ![]()

If I was a betting man then I certainly would go to the bookies.
As it is betting has never held great appeal for me, too much like leaving my chances to people outside of my control.
But he may feel free to gloat all day long if Wigan lose by less than 16 points.  |

He would get better odds at the bookies but it's a bold statement to say Sts are 16 points better and

Just a shame they never seem to pick up any obstructions when Wigan run two or three dummy runners who then stop and stand in the defences line. |

More of a shame that you lot were so battered in the second half that you abandoned the midfield to Wigan. That was where you lost it. The result was nothing to do with contentious decisions, unlike your last two wins. |

I'm not complaining about the result as Wigan deserved their victory today, I just have a dislike of how every team are now using dummy runners instead of the skill of a player to breach a defence. |
