Yeah. That post made RD look an absolute bell-end.
Ignorance of our illustrious history (which unlike many on these forums, goes back way beyond 1996), ignorance about the massive reorganisation at our club, which has seen us go from scoffed-at relegation-fodder to envied double trophy-winners in a few short years and now should stand us in good stead for many seasons to come, ignorance about the restoration of Wigan as a top name in sport and an efficient sports business model, ignorance about our marketing team's ground-breaking efforts to return big, noisy crowds to the Cherry and Whites, ignorance about the reconstruction of the once legendary Wigan assembly line of young RL talent, and ignorance that all these achievements were made in spite of the presence of RU and NRL poachers, and in spite of having to share our small patch of turf with a Premiership Footy team for so long.
The problem is, RD did what these guys usually do - dropped his bitchy bomb and then ran for it. It doesn't matter if he lacks the guts to come back and reap what he sewed, because no one knows who he is anyway. But I suppose the age of the internet has allowed these craven no-marks to flourish. We should do what we always do - giggle at them.

Ok then,let's have a proper discussion about it. Has you say you gone from near relegation to winning the double in a few short years,nobody is doubting what's been achieved there.With losing Finch and Leuluai etc I thought you would slip a bit this season,not the case, no arguements. I'm no fan of Leeds but they have been champions 6 times since 2004 ,as opposed to Wigans 2,how does that make Wigan far superior.On signing John Bateman, who's had his injury problems over last 2 years, but now he will get proper treatment.Do you not think that other teams have medical care for their players or is it nobody's is good as Wigan because Wigan are far superior than any other club.Shall we leave it there for now and see what responses we get from Wigan fans and then see if any other matters can be discussed sensibly

Bro, Bradford's been on their backside since the Harris saga, Wigan are the biggest and best club in the land. Of course he'll get better treatment. |

I don,nt think every wigan fan was saying that. Everyone knows how the system works at the start of the season.Its not taken long for all the wigan haters to come out of the woodwork, no surprise though we were the centre of attention when we was fighting relegation.
