Awful news. The ambulance sped past us as we came in. Condolences to Mark's family and friends, and everyone at Chorley Panthers.
We played (and were soundly beaten by!) Chorley today, would've been happy to have a minute's silence had we known.
Terrible.

I was obviously still outside when we had to end the Warriors Showcase Stage abruptly to facilitate the tannoy messages and passing ambulance. We pressumed it was bad news when we got no go-ahead to restart. Had no idea at the time how serious it was until I saw it actually go into the stadium.
Very very sad news. 41 is no age at all.
R.I.P Mark and my deepest sympathy to the familly.
