There wasn't a big enough deal made out of it at the time, I witnessed it first hand, they flew out of the pub with bottles and stools like animals, luckily the police turned up pretty quick, there should be police patrolling that station and outside of that pub.

I've seen trouble at Leeds, Hull, Wire (Bradford with a t*t of a wigan 'fan' picking fights with other wiganers) in the past 10 years and don't deny that every team (including ours) has its idiots but comments like that just fuel the fire.

Take it you have never been to old trafford to watch liverpool circa 94-95? That was the worst game to get back from out of any sport i have ever been to. If wire v wigan was anything near that i certainly wouldnt be taking my wife and kids saturday, but it's not.
