Except in the case of O'Loughlin on Robinson the RFL didn't view it as an underhand cheap shot, and neither did the Huddersfield players after the incident. Their reaction said it all, they didn't react, just accepted it. It was late, but not too late, and Robinson turned his back to obscure the ball from view so O'Loughlin had no idea that the ball had gone when the tackle was made. Robinson does that often, but sometimes dummies and keeps hold of the ball. The only controversial thing was whether it was high. It was, but it was the shoulder that caught Robinson in the face, not the arms that pushed out afterwards. He wasn't going for a shoulder charge so the contact was deemed careless but accidental. It was pretty straightforward, but Nathan Brown just decided to have a mad outburst, seeing the incident as something that it categorically wasn't.

I agree Matty. With a stronger side on paper I’d have fancied us to put in another tired looking performance. I get the feeling after the Salford & Hull games that we are drained after the WCC. Emotionally & physically.
