Good points. Really spoiled the day today and what should have been a great feeling leaving the ground after seeing tries like the one JT scored, Goulding and Richards hat tricks and a debut try for Farell you would think we would be on would nine but it's ruined the bank holiday.

Looking back at the footage on the Wigan Site it does show the opposite leg to look a bit bent. If it is broken I hope he makes a speedy recovery

| from what I've heard and read it looks like a shocking accident for Amos, he had out sprinted the defensive line once again and was head towards the posts like players do to utilise it,
I think it was Millard that tried in vain to stop him and both collided with the post,
I was directly behind the posts half way up and knew straight away that all wasn't well, no doubt this has taken the icing of the cake from what was brilliant first half,
I can only just add my best to Amos in his recovery from his injury

| Absolute Shocker.
Ruined an otherwise perfect Easter Weekend.
Massive blow for Famous Amos / Wigan / SuperLeague in general.
Gutted......

| Quote: post "Under the concourse after watching the replay he holds his leg and moves about a bit and his face suggests a hugh amount of pain but it didn't look as though he had broke it IMO or he wouldn't have moved like Chev Walker.
Hopefully it will be medial ligament damage and out for a month
Walkers was a compound open fracture far worse than what is being suggested with Roberts. Ligaments totally different than bones and often more disabling when damaged, particularly if an op is necessary. Stay away from that concourse it's not doing your opinion any good. May he have a speedy recovery.

| Just seen the accident on Sky Sports News, looks like Amos's shin collided with the post, we need thicker padding round the posts, are they a standard padding from SL because they all have the same advertising on, or are all the property of each club.

| Absolutely gutted!!! Really feel for him. It makes it even worse because he's been in the form of his life. Just watched that vid and his right leg looks bent, but it's clearly his left leg that he's broken.
Hope he's back up and about soon!!
