Only a handful of games to go so unless Saints get 100,000 v Castleford we're safe at the top.

Wigan's average this year is: 15,723 whereas Leeds Rhinoceroses have 15,355.

Leeds' highest attendance was 17,244 versus Bradford whereas Wigan managed to get over that 4 times v Leeds, Quins, Saints and Wolves (and near versus Bradford last night).

The problem is that Leeds have had consistantly high attendances whereas Wigan need to focus on the games against Catalans, Crusaders, Hull KR, Huddersfield. Maybe a Grading system could be introduced whereby Grade B games could be £14 for adults in the south (or north) and £15 for the East Stand extremitist ES1 for example.

204,402 - total number of people who watched Wigan at home this year and if my maths is correct that is 13.2% of all home games that were attended by Wiganers. 2.8% of overall home attendances were contributed by Harlequins. which is poor.

331,945 - total number of people who have seen wigan this year home and away (which includes away/home fans)! By far the best figures with leeds 2nd with 315,000... 148,233 people in total have seen Salford play in total.


Lowest attendance of the year (so far but it wont be beat): Crusaders v Harlequins - 1,122 (a SL record) ((Wigan v Quins:18,605))
