If it is true that says a lot about the management of the club. I can well believe it though because on the other Wigan forum a few posters also say that he has never been told why he was dropped or why he isnt getting picked, despite asking on numerous occasions. He has also never been told what he needs to do to get back in the team, again despite asking. If it is true, and I have no reason to doubt the posters that say so as they generally prove to be correct in these things, it is absolutely awful coaching and man management on Nobles part.

"IF it is true" is the key phrase.

All I can tell you is that it contradicts something I was told the other day, which came from an equally reliable source to yours.
