Maybe it due to certain fans buying the FREE generic tics tickets for the day after. These can be purchased in many pubs across town for as little as £2.50. I know I know what self respecting fan would do that? They are quite a few I know that are and have been doing all season. £2.50 one day £20+ the day before. What you say Matt??

Personally I think the club should say any seasont ticket with a ticket to this game gets first choice on tickets for Wembley/Old trafford. Have one day of sales for fans who went to the previous rounds.

Not sure how accurate or complete a picture you get from the ticketing website, but it states that there were 18,226 seats available and only 3,742 tickets left = an attendance of 14,484. If true, then with walk up on the day we could be looking at a healthy attendance.

Saints have yet to sell out their initial allocation so 3,500 of the total unavailable isn't strictly accurate at the time of writing. I don't know how many of the 3,500 we have sold but there are definitely still some available.

Some Saints fans bought their tickets direct from Wigan because they couldn't order them over the phone at Saints.
