He seems like a smart articulate guy, has been working in a great setup at the Storm and has been receiving some fantastic plaudits in the NRL for a while now. He's young and keen to prove himself in his first appoint as head coach. |

IMO Nobby (and others, Wane etc) has created a great foundation of a team for MM to really take on and develop a great team.
Good appointment from IL and looking at the official statement it seems that he has been making sure all the paperwork regarding RFL approval and visa's has already been done so there's going to be no last minute hitches.
Obviously this contributed to the delay in making anything official.
He looks like a great candidate to take on and develop some of the younger players and hopefully give our more established players a boost and a new perspective to improve their games.
