Well first off I was talking about the SOL shirt (as well as guessing), and secondly they would still need to be confident of selling them all and not just a handful.

I really don't think you can blame the club if in some eyes they "have got the numbers wrong". Its a very unusual shirt and Wigan fans are very very picky and fickle...

SOL and JJ Shirts are made exactly the same where all sponsors and badges are in the material rather than stitched/printed on. |

WTF has how they're made got to do with how many they've made and the fact that they haven't done a second batch of SOL shirts because a handful of people want one?
The Surgeon said he wanted a SOL shirt. I said that unless the club were confident they would sell the minimum number (which I guessed at being 1000) then why would they make more. What that has to do with the sponsor being stitched, printed or written by a 4 year old in crayon I have no idea. |

Seeing as there was never a 1000 SOL shirts your a very poor guesser! And the printed shirt are infact easy to make 1 off but seeing as we have ISC its never going to happen if we had O'Neills for example they would produce a shirt on demand as they have done with GAA shirts in the past for me! |

Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.
