However im not sure Lam is the best option, if he had not played for wigan, we would not be touting him as a successor to nobby, as his expreience is very limited.'"
And how do you make that out???
It shows how highly he is rated if NRL clubs are after him

20333_1393344959.gif Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_20333.gif |

| I don't want Noble to go yet as he has stabilised us as a club and put things in place for the future. Whoever comes in will take the credit for Nobles hard work.
IF Noble wants to stay I would give a 1 year deal with a 2nd and 3rd year option if he wins something this year or next.

LMAO
Last week you was all saying Wigan should offer him a new contract!
Also smith was greatest stand off in super league. Great in attack and sorted his defence out.
Now you lose it's all changed AGAIN!
I know every team has idiots who change the mind every time they win or lose but you lot are unreal!!!

| Nobby is going nowhere, another Aussie paper, getting the Roosters team/backroom staff going again! Aussie newspapers play the NRL like our papers play the Premiership in footy.
Noble as brought us on alot and with IL only being in charge 12months the club as moved in the right steps, another 2year deal for Nobby, with ont year extention option.

I don't like Noble but that is just ridiculous.
How are we worse than when Milward was in charge?

Exactly.
When Nobble took us over we were bottom of the league. Poor at times weve been under him, weve been nowhere near as bad as we were when Milward was in charge.
I do agree that we all have something to bring to the forums i do feel though that in some cases saying nothing would be better.

| I would hardly call it a momumentous achievement what Noble did in 2006. We were in a situation where anyone would do and just the idea of having a new coach lifted the squad. It tends to be the case when most clubs get new coaches.
But from 2006 we have gone backwards. A simple statistic (I think someone has already done this on another thread) is the amount of games we have won each season. We have gone backwards. I think this year it is something like 37%. Can we honestly say that over three years that Noble has been here we have improved each week/month/year?
Just look at his team selection on Friday. He claims players will get in on merit - well then explain why Sam Tomkins goes from being a match winner one week to being the 18th man the other? in place of Mark Riddell? Apart from one run he made all game - What else did he do? Tomkins is a match winner - he proved that against Wakefield - we could have done with him on Friday.

| Noble saved us from relegation, and got us stable again.
Saying he has taken us backwards is ridiculous.
Anyone remember the Millward era? Signing a fullback or rumoured to be signing him, but he could only play 3 days a week at nights because of his religion? That was the Millward era - so taking us back before that is a little difficult!
