| Quote: clifford "erm not sure how popular i will be but
Coley returning is a big boost. Prescott being fit to play is another one. Mossop deserves his starting spot after an outstanding performance and Liam Farrell also earns his spot after some impressive performances at Widnes.
People should pay more attention to the fact clifford says he is 'rested' and not dropped? I can confirm Feka didn't miss a tackle on Friday, but he only made 12 tackles. His work rate in defence is still considerably lower than other players like O'carroll, Prescott, Fielden, Mossop and Tomkins etc.
Sean O'loughlin, Joel Tomkins and Lee Mossop are our hardest working forwards 'statistically'.

Straight out the John Monie school of coaching that one, except now we have DVD's, compared to Monie's file-o-fax!

I like Madge but his treatment of Feka is poor to say the least.'"
How can you say this when you have no idea of their relationship? For all you know, Feka could be carrying a knock.
Christ, top young coach, top of the league and playing well, and some still aren't happy with him!

It's what he's there for. Rather he iron out the kinks in his game elsewhere than at Wigan. His attacking play is sensational, but his inability to challenge for a high ball would be highlighted in this team - with the way the Warriors defence is playing, teams would just opt to kick to Ainscough everytime they were near the try line.

| If it's correct that Coley is fit and replaces Feka then my team would be:
Phelps
Roberts
Gleeson
Goulding
Richards
S. Tomkins
Deacon
Fielden
McIlorum
Coley
Bailey
J. Tomkins
O'Loughlin
Prescott
Mossop
O'Carroll
Leuluai
Just can't see what Deacon offers from the bench, would sooner have him starting & helping Sam organise the team, plus his kicking game is an additional tool for the team. Tommy offers more coming off the bench and making an impact against a tired opposition.

| As for the accusations about our style of play, well the fair play table shows us in 3rd place so we can't be as bad as people are making out.
It would appear all the negative comments are just a "witch-hunt" by those who don't like to think about Wigan being a success again.
I know we aren't popular but this is getting to be a joke, best way to shut them up will be to go and win a trophy.

| yes tricky thats what i believe it to be although things could possibly change. I feel a bit for Feka but I still dont think he is the finished article although he has made leaps and bounds over the last few weeks.
There is a comment made on the "other" wigan site that sugests Coley has "regained" his place to the disadvantage of Feka. I presonally dont see this as the case. Coley has been a starting prop he has replaced Prescott who started last Friday. Maguire has chosen the bench place between Prescott, O'Carrol and Feka.

I am surprised, i thought Prescott would have got a rest due to his nose to give it at least a week to recover from the break he suffered on Friday.

So would i why risk him getting it broken again and maybe having to be out for weeks. For me i would be looking at resting Prescott until after the CC make sure he is right.

That's not been updated since round 6 - I think the SKY ticker during the Skints game showed us about 5th or 6th.
