As someone who lives in the city and talks to a lot of Rhinos fans I can confidently say that our current friend is probably in a minority of one.

| Unconcerned about Leeds to be honest. They're a tough nut for us to crack at Headingley, but I can't see them making the play offs over the course of the season, so fairly irrelevant unless we get them away in the cup. London and Salford should be weak enough to keep them clear of relegation. I hope the disparity between their expectations and the reality doesn't result in good young talent released as we did in their situation in the early-mid 00s

We’ll see.

You talk weird.
10,000+ season ticket holders plus walk-ups, Id suggest youre not talking to the right ones. Heres a tip, Id nip back home and listen to what your own fans are saying about “Lenners”, as Ziggy calls him, and the state of Wigan at the moment. Theyre not happy. And thats just the ones on your own board. We all have whinging gits.
You do realise there are no "your own fans" to nip back to, don't you? We are the Wigan fans of which you speak and we're perfectly happy with our lot, thank you. Being champions does that for you.

I am 'our own fans' you numpty! As are many of my friends and family. What on earth are you talking about? Do you think you have some special insight into the minds of the thousands of Wigan fans because you read a few online comments. You are aware that the majority of people who post negative comments aren't even Wigan fans in any real sense of the word, aren't you?
Jeez mate, you need to give it a rest. You're beginning to sound like a Wigan obsessive. Maybe there's not much light at the end of your own team's tunnel so you're resorting to telling us what we think. Weird. Just weird...

According to one of our Red Vee tinted specs supporters.
Gildart was weak defensively, despite not missing a tackle.
Williams & Tomkins - Both halves were poor (or were just made to look poor by the Kiwi pair). Only occasionally threatened the line, kicking was generally poor and there was no game control at all from either of them.
And the best
Bateman - p%%% poor game. Defensively weak, dropped balls, impersonating a statue for the Kiwi's 2nd try.

But all the Saints and ex Saints players were good. Go figure?

There's still a public enquiry going on in St Helens as to why God - because it could surely only have been God! - denied them all the silverware they were entitled to last season.
So I suspect it's a bit much to expect them to give any credit at all to the handful of Wiganers who did so much to help England defeat a very strong and belligerent New Zealand team and create a real buzz about the current series.

| Most that I have spoken with can’t accept that Gildart was chosen over Percival. I had a right laugh with a bloke that said Bennett is a terrible coach who for some reason ignores the best players. It was really quite entertaining. Perhaps this is where their ‘entertainers’ title comes from?

| if only we'd have had the full compliment of every English qualified Stain player in the team we would have won the series before kicking off for the first game (or maybe "dreamed" we would have won)

| Don’t sink to their level. England did well whether that be Gildart, Makinson or (insert player who plays for another team).
Yes we could be better in some areas, some players were not as good as others but I don’t think anyone played badly.
Beating the team that beat Australia 2 weeks before justified Bennett selections, I didn’t agree with them all and still don’t, I’m entitled to my opinion however there’s a reason he is England coach and I’m not.

| O'loughlin played 12 minutes. I think he got injured doing that kick because he fell awkward and was limping after. It would of been a great kick had he managed to sit it up in the field of play but he got too excited and over cooked it
