| I've just watched the highlights on SKY and have to say what a great finish. If someone had posted that on the saints board as a prediction a few from here would have been calling for the straight jackets. Pure quality, entertaining top class sport at it's best and why RL deserves to have better coverage than it does.
As said above, it just shows stains can't be written off and that has to instill a bit of worry/ doubt in wire minds.

Nobody complained about Feka's at Saints at the time. Nobody. HTH.

over the line was sheer power. as much as i hate to say this, i feel saints
are the side to beat now they have sol, gidley and their forwards

turned over by leads at home. next season different with the signings you've
made from melbourne storm.'"
Seriously? Did you see Leeds v Hull? If Leeds turn up at the DW next Sunday and produce that kind of performance we'll put 50 past them

Standby all opinion coming up - Your beloved Sam Tompkins (a player i rate massivley by the way) put KCunningham out for half a season by smashing his knee needlessly.
And anyway what would the show be without its villains, every great story in history has had them, ones mans hero is another mans villian

Fishta's mind is all torn torn up at the moment now that KC is retiring. He,s in total frustration on who to slag off next season, Moore or Graham. My money is on Graham, being the one most likely to knock a few Wigoon players over like skittles.

A perfectly legal tackle almost exactly repeated also legally by KC yesterday in second half under cas's sticks.

| Quote: JLM23 "Oh dear, you are one really bitter and twisted Wigan fan, I hope you dont have a cat because it would have well and truly been kicked when KC scored last night.
O'Loughlin belted Graham around the head on Good Friday, so I take it you will be hounding him out of Wigan as he's a thug?
Coley was sent off for a high shot in Catalan, Likewise will he be being kicked out as a thug too?
Gareth Hock throws high shots, and drugs ban not included is hardly whiter than white after being banned for grabbing the ref? I take it your on your way to DW Stadium now to protest about his re-signing?
Or maybe you could get real, and realise that every team in Super League from time to time does high tackles, hits late, Doesn't make them all thugs. The sooner you get over your obsession with Cunningham and Saints the better you will be.'"
First off, I don't condone dirty play, even by our own players. Don't get me started on the drugs ban thing, especially when we were just talking about Cunningham.
I highlighted "time to time", because yes, I accept that players might "accidentally" make an isolated high shot, but it's the alarming regularity of ones performed by Saints and the alarming regularity they get away with it.
True story, I once tried to place a bet on Wilkin being penalised for a high tackle during a match. They wouldn't accept my bet because, and I quote, "It's a bloody certainty and we don't take bets on certainties".
Quote: JLM23 "Really?
rlhttps://www.wigantoday.net/news/paleaaesina_pleads_guilty_1_186581?action'"
The "you" was directed specifically at Walter Neff as he grabbed at (out-of-date) straws. Not the generic "You all everybody".

More fabricated lies.
The game you refer to was on July 31st last year.
Cunningham played in the Challenge Cup semi final a week later.

| Blimey, that's a turn up for the books.
Saints fans normally just go for the outright abuse if you disagree with them. The new tactic seems to be outright lies!
Cunningham out for half a season seemed so plausible, though. How many GB appearances did he actually manage to scrape together, this "legend"?

You must have conspiracy theories at every corner. Saints no more get away with penalities than anyone else does. If you look hard enough (As it seems you do at Saints games) players will get away with High Tackles every game. Infact I'm pretty certain that if I studied the Wigan V Leeds game on Sunday I would see you get away with a number of them.
I have never known, anyone, ever try to place a bet on someone making a high tackle, nor seen odds for them but I will take your word for it.
As I've said before every team makes High tackles, Late shots, Doesn't mean they are thugs.

Try it and see. It's not just the high tackles, though, like I said, Graham's been to the Sculthorpe school of dropping a forearm to the head of a vulnerable player. For Wilkin it's the extreme high number of high tackles, week in, week out.
As for Cunningham, I've never known anyone, EVER, punch a player in the face and fracture their eye socket and not only not get carded for it, but get away with it at the disciplinary. Ablett got 3 matches for far less and Coley? 2 for FAR FAR FAR less. Fielden even got a match for TRYING to punch someone who'd just stood on his leg. But Cunningham? Oh, no, that's alright! Yet when Newton did something similar to Sean Long, it's the worst thing ever. One thing you can't accuse me of is double standards. If a Wigan player gets a ban and deserves it, I'll support it. If a Wigan player doesn't get a ban yet deserved one, I'll say so. Cunningham has deserved lots of bans, but I don't think they've ever given him one. He's a cheap shot thug, moreso than Newton ever was.

All you have to do is ask, bookies have all sorts of weird and wonderful bets you can place.
Quote: JLM23 "As I've said before every team makes High tackles, Late shots, Doesn't mean they are thugs.'"
See above.

Sadly, quite a few by the seems of it. Until the invention of Internet forums, I never realised how bitter and twisted Rugby League fans could be to be honest. A certain member of this thread must have a dartboard at home with Cunningham's picture on it judging by his apparent obsession, quite a sad life to lead really.
We all take a disliking to certain opposition players, but the level some people go to is ridiculous.
