| Went to get my tickets this morning and the woman at the ticket office shouts to me (before I could get chance to even speak).......
"Birmingham Away" ?
"Er, no love, Leeds Away" 
To which she pointed me to three kiosks down.
All I can think is that she was bored, stuck for something to do assumed I was a potential customer and was one me faster than a Comet salesman.  |

Maybe she looked at you and realised the big sign above the window saying 'BIRMINGHAM AWAY' wouldn't have been enough to direct you to where you should have been
