It's funny how peoples' perceptions differ. I thought McIlorum was outstanding in the first 20 mins, when we dominated the game and only went behind against the run of play from the 40-20, then outstanding again in the last 10 minutes, probably our best period of they whole game, when Micky's try sparked our near comeback. Add to that the Riddell forward pass which led to the Wellens try, and was one of the biggest momentum shifts in the game. |

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

I can't believe that Carmont has only been in the top 5 once! He was our best player by a mile in 2008 and 2009 really.
It shows just how good this team is because he has not been poor and yet he is low down. I can't see anyone topping Joel Tomkins now.
