Thing is, after Friday it doesn't really matter. The next home game is mid April. In some ways, if everyone gets a ticket for Friday, the pressure is off.

| Quote sergeant pepper="sergeant pepper"Just went to check my e-ticket account to see if anything has arrived and it says I'm in a queue??
I'm not looking to buy any, I just want to access my account?? Will this happen once the ST arrives and I want to access it for getting on. Logic says everyone will be looking to login to get their tickets just before KO.
I get that things need to change, but at the same time why can't they have just issued physical tickets to everyone and the ability to manage/forward/buy tickets through this new platform. There was zero reason to go fully digital.'"
Received a ticket to download, not looked at my e-ticket account, I Had my pitchfork and flaming torch ready.

True but hopefully it suggests that the club are confident that this issue will be resolved quickly.

| Let's be honest, it was a bit of a farce on Friday. Luckily, it's mostly fixable stuff and there's at least a 3 week window until we could play at home again.
1.Not sure if a walk through at 7:30 was, given the uncertain nature of the ticketing system, the best idea. A lot of people rushed over after it, creating long queues. We didn't get in until 10 mins into the first half.
2. In the west stand, they didn't have the overflow beer taps working. It looks ages as everyone was then forced into the food queues.
3. Toilets - half the hand dryers in the toilets weren't working. A small thing I know, but adds to general 'this place isn't being maintained" vibe.
4. Official timer and stop clocks weren't working (or wasn't working when I kept checking).
5. Big screen was out of sync and stopped working.
6. One of the entrances to the East stand carpark didn't have a working card machine. They tell you is cashless, then it actually isn't.
Like I said, things that can be fixed, but also simple stuff that mounts up.

| Got to say i am disappointed in the fee's being charged now by the new ticketing system, especially after it was stated in the FAQ's the club posted that there would be no extra fee's.
£1.50 per ticket is excessive, especially if you are buying more than 1 ticket and over the course of a season this will start to add up for people like me who frequent away games but also work full time so can't always make it to the ticket office between 9-5 on a weekday.
I could understand a charge for ticket delivery if it was covering the delivery costs, but even ordering online to collect accrues a £1.50 charge!

yes im in the same boat, its only £1.50 but that a pretty big increase on the back of years of free postage..still its going to be better for fans isn't that the spin they're trying to say?

| Just bumping this. Back from holiday and can’t see any updated info on the club website regarding the new season ticket procedures.
I received the activation code email in February, so I’ve done all that but I haven’t yet received any further emails. Looking at my account, in the purchase history section, it’s showing my season ticket renewal/purchase on 13 March, so maybe they’re on with it?
Anyone know anything different or are you ‘season ticket renewal’ folk in the same boat as me?
