you could feel the venom that phil clarke would have liked to have spit out , phil knows that the set up is pants but had to hold his tongue.
He would have liked to say "steve you have no chance, we can't play one warm up game a season and expect to be ready for the aussies".

I thought he came across very well tbh. Not sure what he has done in coaching to deserve the 'top job' though. Let's give him a chance. Time will tell whether he was up to the job or just talked a good fight.
