Was it designed specifically to be a Wigan version of a Canterbury shirt? How often was it worn by the first team? And how many seasons was it worn for? I'm guessing it was used as an away shirt or an alternative shirt?

Apart from the collar, it's an exact copy of the Canterbury kit of that era.
We had it for 1 season, 88/89 I think. |
