| WOAH WOAH WOAH.
I was being sarcastic about the usual we see on here after a defeat (some of it from you) about how we're no good.
Dont be associating me with that utter end.

Have you considered that people criticise the bad performances because they know what this team is capable of? What were people supposed to say after the Hull game in your view?

| A fantastic win. Brilliant performance away in France. They're a tough team to beat in Perpignan Catalans. Every player performed and that shot from Liam Byrne in defense with the last play of the match summed it up.
As others have said we must kick on now. This has been my grievance with this team. We are both equally capable of a drab performance away at Wakefield against the bottom side in the league and then produce this outstanding performance away at Catalans the top side in the league.
Let's hope this injects some confidence in the team and we can build momentum to the play offs.

| It is yes. That hasn't changed after a win today.
The point is doggy ....when we win half of this board can't be found for dust. As soon as we lose they all come out from under rocks blamimg everything from Matty Smith to our powderpuff pack to Matty Peet. I've seen at least three people ask for (or say they're hinting at) his head this season. They won't praise him for today though.
I'm far from a happy clapper but I'm also not dumb enough to think anything happens prior to the last 6/7 weeks. I used to call it "waney time"
If we're good I'll say we're good.
If we're il say we're .
I just happen to be a sarcastic when the missing turn up

How about "it's a win in atrocious conditions whilst not playing particularly well. No team is good all the time"...
Anyway, if we're talking about the doom merchants, it's not so much the criticism that does my (and other people's ) head in so much as the "French is not a 6", "We'll never win anything with Peet" etc. supercoaches that populate this board after a loss but who rarely come on and say "French won man of the match up against May and Pierce who are supposed to be 2 of the best in Superleague" or "Matt Peet handed out a coaching lesson to former England and NRL coach Steve McNamara". I guess some people just find it easier to moan...

Win all our games and we will. Lose one and we will finish third.

| That was an outstanding performance and shows what the squad are collectively capable of when every one of them is up for it. Play like that every week for the rest of the season and we will be champions.

Dont forget its Rads/Lenners fault aswell.
That game against Hull was played in awful conditions but you know what we won ,Cats game played in good conditions and you know what we won. This side are capable of winning the GF I have no fear of that, there is no team we cannot beat at the min.

Come on Pepper thats prob the worst insult you can throw at anyone on this site,I would be surprised if a solicitors letter isnt winging its way to you right now with a court appearance for defamation of character.

| As long as people are constructive with their criticism, then I have no issue with it. The Hull game compared to last night, was chalk and cheese in 2 main areas and IMO they were intensity and concentration. When we get those 2 things right, we’re a very good side. We’ve only got those nailed in 3 or 4 games this season and it gives you massive hope.

I might agree with those points but I thought the French man of the match was a touch generous, he was good first half but didn't do much second half, I thought there were more deserving candidates , Smith , Bryne, Ellis and O'Neill were all in with a shout (surprised Miski didn't get it as usually anyone scoring 3 tries is a shoe-in for MOM regardless).
Still not sure of French at 6, but it is easier for him when the forwards get on top and he has space, just not sure of him in a tight game.
Still an excellent performance all round and shows what we can do - just need to keep it up for a few weeks and who knows what will happen - it is the inconsistency from week to week which could be our undoing.
