There was a post on RedVee last night referring to one of their players that soon got deleted (by their mods I assume).
No idea what's gone on but the few posts that appeared weren't very happy.

They are quite clever in how they deal with the cap. Burrell won't count at all, Charnley will have a dispensation and they have two marquee players.

The issue they have is they have about 18/19 top players and absolutely nothing below that which is why they fall apart once they get an injury or two.

They get Burrell for "0" amount 1st year (think that may have finished now?)then half counts until they have to pay full.

Either way if they paid him nothing year one it's still too much.
