| This is just getting ridiculous now. Five players with knee issues alone!
Are we flogging our players too hard in training that they are breaking down during games?

| I note the above quote from Shaun Wane and they probably have looked at most scenarios but I do wonder if he's contemplated our playing/training style as a major contributory factor into our almost season on season major injury crisis.
That's not a criticism of our style - I'm all for the tough aggressive style but I do wonder if it's starting to take its toll.

| It's either bad luck or bad programming. Seeing as the club reviewed last year's injuries and concluded there was no pattern, we must be the unluckiest team around?

| So bored of this now, beyond a joke. Not too bothered about injuries so long as they can get back and be playing at the business end of the season.
Sharrocks, flower, Escare all out for the season already, maybe at clubb to that. Will be surprised if we can win something this year which is annoying as I feel we have the best squad on paper, just can't keep them fit.

Escare never had a problem with is knees when playing for Catalans.

| It's just so frustrating.
I hope they keep plodding along and giving it their all. We cannot ask any more but it must be so deflating for the squad as a whole.
To put it all down to luck would seem unlikely but you have to trust the staff. They've got the results over the past few seasons even with this sort of injury trot.

I never had a problem with my knees until I did.

What a ridiculous comment!! Players get hurt playing rugby league. Sam Tomkins never had trouble with his ankle until he went to NZ so their training systems must be terrible! Matty Smith never broke his leg at Wigan so Saints must be a terrible club! Ben Currie hurt his knee playing against us but it must be Warrington training methods that are at fault!
Many of our injuries are collision injuries and are unavoidable. Our squad is widely regarded as one of the fittest in the competition but they're not machines.
Maybe the ground at Cas was harder than normal last week? Maybe it could be all kinds of things but I'd say it's rotten luck, nothing more, nothing less.

Not sure what this means mate. If there was a problem with the ground players of other clubs (and Cas) would sustain similar injuries. I'd still say bad luck.

| I honestly think the answer to our crippling injuries are closer to home.
