Not worth the paper it is written on if he doesn't want to come back to Wigan they can't make him. That said I would be amazed if he doesn't return to you though.
Ps with every one re building you should keep your nerve as you have a very good young side which will probably start to dominate the league after next year with quota spots and cash in the bank. |

Try and enforce it under restraint of trade no chance. That case was a long time ago. No court would give you a transfer fee for a player who hasn't played for you in two years. It was pr nonsense to ease him leaving this 'clause'.
He'll come back to you don't worry just bartering his wage with the current noise.
Fantastic player. Looked class with the ball in the NRL.

250k thats not contract slavery. But Rugby players deserve more than they get tbh.
Seems some people on another Wigan forum were saying 2 weeks ago he had already signed to comeback. |
