I agree, back in the day if it was a Lancashire v Yorkshire final would always support the Lancashire team rather than the underdog, or your enemies enemy, apart from Widnes of course I wanted them beaten no matter who they were playing |

What's actually happened is the same as any "big game." Wigan sends an allocation of say 2000 tickets to Wanky, after a day or two someone asks the lovely old dear on the ticket desk how many are left and she replies "not many," when in actuality Wanky have requested a further 1000 from Wigan. This rumour hits the forums and social media and suddenly Wanky are asking for an allocataion in the east stand ( this would require 4500 tickets minimum to have been sold). Sales continue at a slower pace than the initial rush and in the end 3000 Wanky fans make the journey over. |

Wigan are like the Brazil of rugby league and this is like going to a World Cup semi final and having to play Brazil in their back yard.
It is a daunting ask for anyone. |

Yesterday it looked like we'd sold 7/8000 tickets, today it's dropped to about 4000, biggest game of the season and nobody gives a damn, very disappointing  |
