Already on his way if you believe certain rumours.

| Be good to see him back on the bench on Friday...last time I saw it Fielden was a Wigan player, let's give him and the other 16 on the night our support.

Agreed. I thought he looked shattered at points but he still played with a passion and intensity that's been missing from our forwards games recently. I'm not sure we'll get that many minutes out of him but we tend to rotate the props anyway.
I also thought Flower went pretty well but he's just too small for prop IMO. I'd still consider a bench spot for him but more as a backrower.

| Play him again on Friday without a shadow of doubt for me he was the best prop for Wigan.

Lima's work rate with the ball was higher, however fielden did a lot more tackling than lima, especially in his first stint. Those 2 props compliment each other quite well.
Given wane seems to favour big eric not sure how our prop make up would be. For me we need to run with 5 props on Friday:
Fielden & lima start
Bench spot Mossop
Then any 2 from Duson, Flower and Lauaki

| I actually thought he was just getting back into the swing of things in his second spell then Wane took him off again! He put a great forward run in bouncing off a few players and was then removed. He has certainly bulked up in the two years hes been out. He looked huge but all muscle. His work rate and technique in defence was very good turning players onto their back and controlling the floor for just the right amount of time.
He has to be in the 17 now every game in the play offs. Not only will his experience help but we also need to take a proper look at him to see if his future is still with Wigan next year which i dont see why not.

| Agreed, play hiom each week and sign him up on a 12 month deal with a 12 month option. His leadership next year could be crucial given the exp[erience we are losing.

Wane has to keep him hungry to play. It was great substitution tactics for once.

| I dont care what anybody says, he did more than enough to get another year at least. I wish some of the other forwards had a fire in their bellies like Fielden. Great forward and gotta be in the 17 this week.

| I'd despair if either Flower or Dudson get in the side ahead of Fielden next week and that's assuming Lauaki comes back in as well.

Fielden's stats were hardly impressive. 19 tackles and 6 carries for 45 metres.
Out of interest, why would you not play Dudson ahead of Fielden?

| I thought Fielden did well after such a long time out, much better than I expected tbh.

I also see people posting as if they feel some insight into matters that the professional, experienced staff at Wigan Warriors don't.
