| Quote: FearTheVee "Cas 22 wigan 22 (from Sportinglife)
Dixon again faltered with the conversion attempt but the Tigers struck again with 15 minutes remaining when Aspinwall seized on a clever kick from Chase.
Dixon converted to cut Wigan's lead to eight points and with seven minutes remaining the Tigers struck their fourth try, through Arundel again after more good work from Chase.
Dixon failed to convert and Chase's fine pass sent Mathers diving over in the left corner in the closing stages - only for Dixon to fail to convert from the touchline.
I'm assuming you don't watch much rugby that doesn't involve Wire.'"
i don't watch ANY rugby when im in Cuba on holiday (as stated above)... but other than that i watch it every week... so your assumption is wrong.
thanks for your concern though mr st wigan.

So when Wire were terrible (much of the last 10 years) did that make Briers any less of a player?

Our dropped points have been in draws. If we can be top of the league playing as we have, I can't wait to see how well we play when we are at our best.'"
It is impressive to be well not at your best and be top.
Looking forward to seeing Wire peak in the next few months.

I thought the Mods were trying to stop this kind of ridiculous baiting?

| What about the Exiles game? He tore apart England RL and bossed it in a good team. He is a class player.

Sam Tomkins has 14 missed tackles.
Brett Hodgson has 29 missed tackles.
That is indeed superior defence.

I knew that someone would moan.
I rate both very very highly as players. Cba to go into all the bickering about wigan/wire players that seems to infest this board.

Look, you can choose Hodgson over Tomkins if you want. Fine. He's a quality player who's playing well in a quality side.
But to choose him cos of his defense? That's what I was querying.
