Wilkin has a history of being mardy. In fact he was that mardy a couple of seasons ago at Headingley, that keef had to have a word!

Having already watched Lima chicken wing one of his team-mates, I'm not surprised Wilkin decided to say something to the ref when he tried it on again.

Now i'd understand that if it had actually been a chicken wing but it wasn't. If they'd missed a high shot then he did it again then fair enough but not when he didnt even do the same thing.

But the main thing is. Isn't only the Captain supposed to talk to the ref? Well your captains are Wellens/Graham so was Wilkins acting captain? (I know wellens was injured so Graham could have been off too) because if he wasn't then shouldnt he have been done for dissent? As i'm pretty sure you're not supposed to go moaning to the ref like that unless you're the captain.

If Wilkin wants to tell the teacher when the big boys are picking on him, then he should be free to, if he wants

You can report an incident to the ref during the game. There's been quite a few instances of players reporting biting during matches over the years. Technically nothing wrong with how Wilkin went about it.

with this situation does anyone agree that it would only be fair for the player in question (wilkin) to get the ban that would have been worthy of the alleged challenge if the RFL deem that there was no such incident. and that wilkin was just trying to make trouble for trouble's sake??

I think if Lima is going to get a ban, it will most likely be for the first challenge he was cited for and not what Wilkin was moaning about

If Lima doesn't want to be accused of chicken wing tackles, perhaps he should cut out his chicken wing tackles?

not saying he did, not saying he didnt, im just saying that in this case where a fellow player has moaned about it to the ref(like a little girl) if there is no substance to the alleged claim then that player should get the ban he was trying to inflict on the other player???
