Just listened to it myself now I have got home. Great interview.
I agree with what's been said in the this thread as regards the culture by Cruncher and the rest. What you get on the pitch is a product of what goes on off it.
This is why I don't subscribe to the notion Noble has put things in place to take us forward. The new coaches will be changing things not carrying on with the same old systems. We have threads on here about poor culture and lack if fitness in the team. About to listen to the Radio Manchester program so it will be interesting if anything else comes out that isn't right currently.

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

DONT JUST FOLLOW THE TEAM SUPPORT THEM: |

AFPL.................some of us wanted noble out at the end of last year.............we have to put the past season behind us now and get behind Michael and Shaun.............IMO we need to get rid of most of the backroom staff as they failed to do their job.......bring in new people who are of the same opinions and ideas as the new coaches
