Where have I seen someone get a forearm smash to the face before? Oh yeah, that's right I remember now, it was just before Ben Flower got sent off for punching Lance Hohaia that everyone seemed to conveniently miss! I remember the red card for it then as well... oh wait...

It doesn't make any of it right but at least there could be some consistency from the refs. If I remember, Hohaia got a 1 match ban and no red card.

I think he'll get 2-3 games. His arms were obviously up already as he was attempting a charge down and he turned well before the contact so it was clumsy more than anything. He didn't project the forearm into the player and he got straight back up so contact wasn't that bad.

I'm in Cornwall on holiday and my reception wasn't great. Sky go went off on my phone just before the sending off so I didn't see it. Was it a bad one? I know we're bound to have all these trolls from other clubs on here so I'll take their comments with a pinch of salt.

A couple of games, it was clumsy rather than malicious.

Was late and high, and to be honest, probably one of the few calls Mr Hicks got right all night. Sam Tomkins reaction deserved 10 mins but he bottled it. The string of penalties against Wigan was farcical and the binning of Ratchford a joke.

That said, still great to see the wire fans evaporate as Gelling scored!!!
