Well having heard Andy in post match interviews, I dont think he would take too much offence to you bumbling ha ha. Been outstanding for us this season though so its understandable.

drapped on my parcel shelf..., i work in wireland, and considering their flag situation around challenge cup finals week, i had to make an effort..

working at Warrington Wolves itself is extremely smugg at the moment, espeically after the abuse I received in the last 2 years....However ever the professional, I have only mensioned the grand final once every hour for the last 4 days.


Living in the town is a different matter and I have managed to put a big wigan flag to fly outside my study window on my street and red and white ribbons on our gate post....looking at our house you'd think it was in the middle of orrell not great sankey.

I too live in Warrington and daren't put any colours on display, either in car or house. Been abused for wearing my shirt on match nights going to the game. Still nice baiting them though isn't it

i live next to a wire supporter, not far from leigh, and saints supporters dotted all around! I have warrriors stickers and allsorts in my windows!

seeing as this thread has become a confessional for Wigan fans living in warrington, I've lived in Appleton for four months and have been brave enough to leave the sticker in the back of my wife's car. However, my office is close to the HJ and I normally walk to Bank Quay to go to matches on one occasion this season I'd literally taken three steps off my car park in my shirt when a car went past and a bloke hung out the window and yelled "pie eating scum".

i had no choice! parents moved to warrinton before i was born. However my dad was no way allowing me to be a wire fan, he lost the arguement with my mother as to where to live he wasn't losing his arguement as to which team we all supported, thankfully my mum is southern and didn't really care.

However I had that kind of abuse all my life, in general its banter but often there are idiots who go completely over the top, but the abuse over the years makes saturday even sweeter.......Warrinton has 2 massive chips on their shoulders 1 is wigan and the other is Saints. you just have to pitty them.

Well yeah, but just think, if it wasn't for Wigan, Saints, Widnes & Leigh, they'd be one of the biggest clubs in the North West.
