I think even the Latics fans would acknowledge that Billy B has been probably the greatest player ever to represent either of the clubs. He has also been a fine ambassador for the town in general and is one of the most modest men you could ever meet, a true legend.

With the vast majority I would agree but you know there'll be a small minority who won't see it that way.

I think its a nice thing for him to do, but lets be honest if latics had legends of their own, which they don't, they would of been named after those, I feel it's just because they don't have any. I still think its really good though. Which stand do you think it will be? I hope it's the east.
