This would be the same jonh who was bemoaning last years team as the worst Wigan team he could remember. Your a hypocrite at times, you just can't lose that condecending arrogance can you.

It wouldn't be so bad if you hadn't started the post by proclaiming us as "banana skin". Somehow we are going to manage this without a single player who is better than yours - give your head a shake.

As it happens I think it will be a straight win for Wigan - maybe by a big margin though I hope not. Frankly I don't care I would expect you to have a huge advantage at home and on a good run of form. So long as we beat you at home or any other time this season I'm happy.

And how Wakey to not realise that if you make key fundamental changes to a club, it can lead to a dramatic turnaround in all sorts of ways, not least in on-field form.

People were rightly rubbishing last year's Wigan side - because it was mostly poor. This year, however, it's been mostly pretty good. Is that not worthy of praise? If your club reinvigorated itself with hard work and innovative ideas, would you continue to berate it for what went before? (Bit of a silly question, of course, because how the hell would you lot know?).

But hey, you continue to find comfort in what Wigan were like last year. You won't be the first who made that mistake.

You can anonymously post any amount of meaningless, irrelevant drivel, with no factual back-up whatsoever, and there's no come-back for you. You can take the mickey, you can misrepresent what people have said, you can make sweeping and inaccurate statements, you can even talk tough - and nothing ever happens to you.

It must be like living out a childhood fantasy every time you go online.

If people try to challenge your inexperienced and naive opinions with intellectual responses, you simply ignore them and resort to abuse. If people get irritated by your mule-headed posts, you become pious and start talking about 'arrogance and hypocracy'. In real life you can't have it both ways, but online you can - and you've just discovered that, haven't you.

And you're not embarrassed by any of this, or the shortcomings it reveals in your character, because nobody knows who you really are and so it doesn't matter. Likewise, it doesn't matter when you're exposed as not having a clue what you're talking about - even with regard to your own team, or if, as I suspect happens regularly, when you get owned by other posters. You're a narcissist, so you don't like being bested, but, if the worst comes to the worst, you can always turn the computer off and pretend it didn't happen. Who would know?

And then of course there's all this silly bragging and baiting that you indulge in. If it comes to nothing on Monday, and your boys get whipped, you can just disappear for another season, can't you.

If Wakey lose on Monday, I'd like to challenge you now to be man enough to come on here and admit how wrong you were. I'd also like to guarantee to anyone else reading this that you won't.
