| Wigan dont fear anybody from this Saints team.
Yet we won on your home turf with numerous injuries.
I suspect 'Madge' will be a hell of a lot more serious than most of you folk on here.

Wigan were also without their two top defensive players that day.
Go figure.

Figure what ?
Saints have coped with injuries all season and been 8 minutes from the Cup final and reached the Grand Final. If Wigan cant put up with 2 injuries then thats your problem. Reality is St Helens won at Wigan this season despite injuries (I believe we had Paul Johnson on the bench, his only appearance of the season). To suggest that Saints pose no fear for Wigan is utter nonsense.

And Karl Pryce went off injured so we had to reshuffle our backline.
Blimey, I'm moaning about injuries - I'm a Leeds fan.

Not what I said.
Do you think Pryce would have scored that try had O'Loughlin been playing. We weren't only missing two players.

No logic in crying over spilt milk sonshine. Saints dominated the game at Wigan and had we not settled would have won by plenty. In contrast Wigan at Saints held on against the most ill disciplined Saints performance for a long time.
I genuinely believe Saints have the upper hand tomorrow and that Wigan will have to be better than they have been all season to win. They are capable of it but I'm quietly confident (more so than I have been for the previous 3 seasons).

So how many players were Wigan missing who will play tomorrow, and how many Saints players were missing who will play tomorrow?
Oh Wigan beat Saints by more points on Good Friday than Saints beat Wigan at Wigan.
Do you think Pat Richards will drop another pass like he did at Wigan, or did that conveniently slip your memory?

Saints dominated the game ? they won by 2 and in the end only just held on to that . I think you will find the aggregate score for the two games this season is well in Wigans favour . you maybe confident about the final but I think it will be a very close game . and as said in earlier posts there is no one that Wigan fear , respect yes , fear no !
I for one think folk who post on here should also show respect for the opposition in the way they post !

| I don't think he/she quite comprehends what the word "dominated" actually means.

I dont care what Pat Richards did or didnt do.
I know how the game is won and lost at Old Trafford. Kicking and forwards. Saints have the better forwards and are more than capable of having the better kicking game.
You talk like Wigan are the greatest side on earth. This Saints side has achieved a hell of a lot more than Wigan have. Wigan have it all to prove whilst many of this Saints side have already proven it. This is a coming of age for the like of the Tomkins brothers, Goulding, Carmont, Coley, Riddell, Hansen etc etc. We've won it all my friend and tomorrow is a chance to reclaim our glory. We've reached the GF again against the most incredible obstacle, as great clubs do. Our aim is to finish the job and a reborn club such as Wigan are simply the next obstacle but I do believe were capable of beating you at Old Trafford.

of course it slipped his mind , after all he is just a wind up merchant with selective memory , I really hope Wigan can do it tomorrow to silence clowns like Tartan Warrior !

the saints side has acheived a hell of a lot more you say , well this maybe true and yes it is a chance (one of the only true words you have said in any of your posts by the way) but it is also a chance for this "coming of age! wigan squad to reclaim former glories that they almost certainly deserve on the whole . yes I agree that the saints side is more than capableof winning but there is no denying that This Wigan side has the talent and determination to claim the greatest prize on offer in the British game ,

No point arguing with the stato pensioner mate you won't get him to shift and he's always right. He needs a hobby.

True. Getting your excuses in early does have its advantages. And let's face it, you've been doing that all season.
