Just noting the irony in this thread, wigan fans having a go at the wire for (allegedly and doubtfully) spending so much on a player you people really are a funny lot (not ha ha funny just weird funny)!

I don't have a problem with it. It's their money let them spend it as they wish.

I'm not sure it's a wise investment but that's just my opinion.

If you cannot see the difference between spending big money on Fielden and spending big money on Myler you are just plain stupid.

Where has this 300k figure come from? because as far as i am aware the wire haven't signed anyone, and granted i suppose the money you wrongly spent going over the cap on fielden did pay off because he was good at first and he definitely helped you stay up!

The fact Warrington have never broke the salary cap, i think they will find it hard now thats it's live.

Moran has got more money than you can poke a stick at, so money wise it is a gamble he can afford, every player a club signs is a gamble im sure you will agree....so dont see where the problem is, and i dont think anyone really thinks its 300k.
