Tomkins talent wise cant really be faulted, wonder if the plan is to move him back to 6 at somepoint? According to what I've read Widdop is ripping it up at 6 in the NRL so would be interesting to see who got the nod for england

The difference is - on the evidence of this thread - Wigan fans have waited until the case has been more or less proved before getting all smug. Codarmysaint and co were, to say the least, jumping the gun.

Not really, it just worked out he has had the bigger impact this year and you are all taking the opportunity to gloat and feel mega smug...
Not actually criticising, we all would have if the three way comparison had worked out our way.
If you think about it tho, the question was (as i recall) who was the best scrum half or stand off (let's say halfback)
In that regard based on this seasons form it is Myler hands down, ( tomkins the better player i agree) |

Agreed.
I was pointing out that that is how the debate started.
I'm sure a few would deny that now tho...
As a half back myler is the better of the three.
Tomkins is the better fullback and had the most impact this year.
Eastmond still had thr most potential for me. Just looks very unlikely to fulfill it due to his attitude. |

myler is not better than Tomkins and has shown himself to be little more than another average support player.
