Is the 'home' game v Widnes still on for a week on Sunday? Hearing a few whispers that this won't be at the DW.

Widnes have offered all their season ticket holders free tickets and are saying it's at the DW on the Sunday so you'd think it's a given.

If not we'll just move it, not tell anyone, phone the RFL and tell them to brush it under the carpet and move on. Simples!

The Widnes match is off on the 2nd July. The pitch is not ready.

Some one should tell Wigan Warriors then they are still selling tickets for this one on-line.

Cant see this being true at all, as someone said they are still selling tickets for the game and the 500 freebie good will gesture tickets have been sent to Widnes as well.

Quite a significant bit of mischief-making if this story gets around widely and it turns out not to be true.

My BBC feed told me when I got up Friday morning Australian time that it was off. I didn’t check because I’d recorded the Wignes V Leigan game and didn’t want to spoil the result. When I checked out the BBC site after watching the game there was no story. Checked out the official Wigan site and no story. So not sure if it is true or not.
