How arrogant.
Hopefully your team goes into the game with the same attitude

| I wish we would give Taylor a crack. I think Crosby will be brilliant in time but he does get dominated now and then. I can see him struggling on Saturday

I tend to agree. In the game at the DW earlier in the season their forwards smashed the s**t out of us, that will 100% be their plan on Saturday. We need all the strength we can get.

I get the feeling we might see a slightly different attitude from our lot in this game. They wont be leaving much behind put it that way

3076_1671446335.jpg SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS
For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.
For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.
Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_3076.jpg |

There will be about five changes in the Grand Final pack to the one that played that day.

I understand that. My only point is that realistically, the only area on the pitch that they could possibly better us is in the middle. We just need to be ready for that.

True, but one of those changes is Taylor out which IMO weakens you . . . . No question at all that the pack overall will be a lot stronger though.
A lot will hinge on whether McIlorum is fit.
Of course, we'll have Amor back and hopefully won't lose our 7 after 20 mins like in that game . . . . .

I would put Taylor in for Clubb who missed most tackles and gave away the most penalties agains Warrington.

Yep...Taylor out along with Hughes, Williams, Doran, James and Dudson but in comes McIlorum, Farrell, Tomkins, Pettybourne, Clubb and Powell.......I know which of the set of set I would chose

He's been exceptional these past few weeks and after Flower would be the first prop on the sheet for mine. It feels like he's really made his breakthrough now IMO and I'm expecting a big game from him on Saturday. He's had some cracking games in derbies against Saints and Wire.
Taylor for Pettybourne would be my only possible change. I really don't fancy Pettybournes discipline on the big stage.

| Taylor hasn't played for 5 weeks, I know it's not been through injury but there must still be question marks over match fitness. I can't see anything being changed from the last few weeks unless someone pulls up.

Which is the main one for me.
Our pack has been smashed numerous times this season and we've spend large parts of games struggling to get out of our own 30 but our backs have bailed us out time and time again. Whether it's Matty Smith's kicking game, Burgess' breaks or Gelling's strong running.

Not been smashed in the last 4 games which have been the most important of the season, same again for me.
