Pretty sure that Finch has not kicked goals in past. If Deacon not in team then Roberts would be next best bet (assumimg he is playing of course!).

Cam Smith will be taking the kicking duties.

Personally I think it will be Sam. If we sign a Hooker before the start of the season I can't see Deacon getting a place in the side. If we don't then I still think Deacon will have more of an impact role with the arrival of Finch so won't be on the field all the time.

I think Sam is the logical choice with a bit of off-season experience of course to improve on his dire attempt at the GF.

i dont for a minute think Deacs will kick.

how many good kickers get to the latter stages of their careers and give up kicking as it doesn't help fitness! with a couple of niggles this year i really dont think Wigan will risk him if they keep him on - which i have little doubt that they will!

Roberts for me i may be wrong but didnt he bang over a couple from the touchline against Wakefield in last years pre season friendly.

The only reason he wont kick is if he's not playing so if he isnt that will mean Charnley will be playing and therefore kicking aswell.
