Wtf are the commentators on defending Connor kicking out like that?

We played really well the first 20 but once Hull got a grip of things it was one way traffic, their forwards dominated ours and a much better kicking game. Just hope their bigger lads tire second half.

Yeah, it was petulant by Connor, nothing more really but should have been a Wigan penalty. Couldn’t believe they tried to make out that was a natural position to have your leg when catching.

Singleton, Partington, Powell and Smith. We are playing with 13 players with those 4 in this team.

Tonight, arguably Singleton has been our best prop, Powell looks sharp and has been better than Houghton, and Smith has done more than Cust. Mind boggles.

I’ll argue. Byrne and Havard have been better. Both halfbacks have been poor and slow. Powell and Houghton are exactly the reason Super League is at the level it is. Honest and very limited plodders.

Blimey, Smith has saved us twice

Lucky to get the win there IMO. Attack was very one dimensional and lacked fluidity. Jai Field dug is out the proverbial again which isn’t a good thing.

Smith/Partington were very poor. I am struggling to see a future at Wigan for either of them and that’s a huge turnaround from what I was saying months ago about Smith.

Still, 2pts in the bag and a confidence booster building towards hammering those lot from over the hill on Good Friday
