Why not answer the question on when did Stains last win anything without breaking the salary cap?

Man City reference is simple, it doesnt matter about making profit as long as your not going bust, we are a sports club not a bank. An easier reference might be Salford, I doubt they will turn a profit any time soon but I also suspect they will be along way from having 'cash flow problems'
