I found it amusing when Leeds celebrated like they'd won a cup final after Webbs try. How the mighty have fallen and I found it even more amusing the faces of the Leeds players as they walked back towards the Wigan fans after the try all laughing as though the game was up.

It's not hard to understand why we're pleased. We were dreadful for 60-odd minutes and had no right to come away with anything.

Those celebrations were nothing compared to the Wigan fans at the end, and at least they (thought they) were celebrating a win against the champions rather than a draw against a team making their worst start to the season for many, many years . . . .

Those celebrations were with 25 minutes to go though when the game wasn't won in comparison to us getting a penalty to draw the game and scoring it after the hooter had gone.

We were celebrating the fact that we'd got a point from being 22-4 down after 67 minutes. Regardless of how Leeds have been this season, they murdered us for most of the game, and we didn't deserve to get anything out of it.

Leeds' start prior to last night has nothing to do with our celebrations, as you well know.

Leeds are not the team they have been, in fact it's the worse Leeds team i've seen this century.
It's cringe worthy because they almost beat you and you're treating it like a season turning victory or a cup final win.

When Saints were champs their fans would have just stood there after a last minute penalty to snatch a draw at the home of the best side of the previous 3 years and just shook their heads at what had gone beforehand!
