I think you all need to get a grip you are throwing false accusations at the decent fans at the club the ones who go to rugby to watch there club they love so much and by doing so you are pushing them closer to just giving up. Us lads do our best week in week out to get the atmosphere where it should be to spur the team on yet we get criticised for doing so? There are countless threads on here about how the atmosphere should be better and new songs that should be sang well do our best yet we got called the mindless chavs who have be dragged up just because we didnt grow up in a time you lot did. Just because we didnt grow up the back in your days does not meen we are any different to you neither are you better than us which some of you think so. I have been brought up the right way my family have learnt me respect for others and I always show this when at a rugby league match Im always saying hello to fans and having a chat and just because my age shows im a teenager it does not meen I dont have any respect for anybody.
We didnt bring the drum against Leeds and look how that turned out? It was boring and there was more atmosphere in a church than in the away ground. The more you call some of the decent fans and the more you accuse people like me one of these days there is just going to be a crowd full of grumpy old men and not a person under the age of 18 (some of you probably want this tbh)

I met GingerWiganer at Wrexham the other week, he's a sound lad. Maybe some of the urchins drawn to the drum in the south stand are troublemakers but he's not. Hope it works out for you, pal.

| Tbh I recon the south stand move should go in the north stand this week while its cas and try and make it up with them for murryfield  You'll love it in there!!
On a serious note, you said that you didnt take the drum to leeds and it was like a church.....Id say the opposite....despite the pouring rain the atmosphere in the Wigan end was better than it has been at most games as there was more singing rather than boring drum bashing and chanting, and due to the closeness of the game more than usual got involved to get behind the team. Watch it back on tele and even with where they have the mics at leeds you can still hear us over the south standers for large parts of the game. For me the atmosphere at leeds was better than its been at a lot of away games for a while. |
